Singapore Zoo

We decided to go to Singapore Zoo to meet some of the locals as well as experiencing a few close encounters!

You call that a BBQ, now this is a BBQ!

Well, we had a BBQ as we could not get tickets for a respectable price for the F1 race. It felt like I was living in times before I was born. 

Singapore F1 Qualifying

Well, we braved the heat, humidity, and the BO all around us to catch the qualifying in Singapore. As the sun set on this beautiful port city, it has set the stage for world's first F1 night race!

Durian Anybody?

As we know with Singapore, we all have to enjoy our Durian. Here is me with one of the larger forms of the fruit!

Marisa already missing home

It has only been 2 days and Marisa is missing her little girl immensely!

She missed her so much that she fell into mud. lol

Singapore here we come!

We arrived a bit over 1 day ago after our flight was delayed 2 hours.

Though, we did arrive to some 5 star Hainan Chicken Rice and other local delicacies!

Our Adventure is about to begin

Nervousness, angst, excitement? 

As we count down to 1:45pm, Thursday 25th, 2008 it is fact that there are too many thoughts and emotions to put down in the one blog entry. 

The farewells are nearly all completed now, so the next step is the one onto the plane.
