Loaf On, Sai Kung, Hong Kong

Sai Kung is renowned for the beaches, junkets, and of course the seafood. Based in the north east of Hong Kong, it was a good 40 minute drive. That is long for Hong Kong standards. The venue was the 1 michelin starred Loaf On. No, it is not a bakery, but a small family run seafood restaurant. Nice big bottle of Tsing Tao and seafood on a hot summers night, am I in heaven? Mantis Shrimps or Pissing Prawns, Crab, and whole steamed fish .. mmm. Only thing missing was Razor Clams that were unfortunately unavailable. Waddling ourselves back to the car, we reflected on a good meal, but it could have been glorious. Until next time.
