My cousin and her hubby were able to take a break from their one year long travels to enjoy a proper British meal at St John's. The newly inducted 1 star Michelin restaurant and the 14th best restaurant in the world delivered wonderfully balanced set of flavours that captured Britain. We ventured and explored new ingredients and was pleasantly surprised each time. A sample of the menu was roast bone marrow and parsley salad, bloodcake, kid faggot, eccles cake with Lancashire cheese.
