Piedmont - Truffle Hunting and Wine Festival

After our visit to Piedmont in Easter we knew we had to be back to hunt for the prized tartufo bianco (white truffles) in the autumn. Throwing away all concern for finances, we booked ourselves into La Villa and it had the feel of the Cheers bar where everyone knew your name. We absolutely loved it! We had planned the long weekend as such that we could do some truffle hunting with Mario and his dog Rocky for one day and the other would be boozing up at the Costiglione Barbera wine festival.

Hope you had a good birthday mate. Wish we could all smell turds like you guys.

Did you receieve the email I sent? Woke up really early for that one, really early! It reminds me of a story of a couple that rang a friend up this awesome friemd early at work to abuse them for not sending an them email. However it turned out that the awesome friend did send the email and that the couples reason for abuse was invalid. That sounds really wrong to me. If I was that couple I should be so so ashahmed. Does that sound familiar? :P

Sorry did not understand that comment with all the broken English or misspelt words. We live in England where we speak English!
