A sneak preview of what our talented photographer, Trish Lee from Tealilyphotography can do with her magic camera. As self-conscious as I am, a person that likes to hide behind the camera, the more I look at the photos the more I love them. Hopefully, I will feel more comfortable on the big day!... 4 weeks and counting!

Momofuku Seiobo, The Star, Sydney
Thank you to Nick & Mel, we were invited to celebrate Trent's 30th at new comer Momofuku Seiobo located at the newly renovated The Star. Owned by celebrity chef David Chang, the restaurant was very casual with dark interior. With its timber cladding we were excited to try his first restaurant outside North America. As a Korean Born American we expected korean fusion, but we ended up getting more asian fused dishes. Food was presented well and there were a few stand outs out of the 14, but overall we were a little disappointed and unanimous that there wasnt much of a 'WOW' factor. Trent thought the wine pairing could be a little more generous on each serve.
Overall, once is enough. Wonder if the New York chains could do better?
Happy Aussie Day!
It has been a while since we last posted anything on our beloved blog. We have been so busy with wedding plans that we simply couldnt get around to blogging. On saying that, we didnt have much to blog other than wedding stuff and we are sure not all our readers (if any) will be interested.
Anyhow, today is Australia Day and we decided to treat ourselves to sleeping in and doing absolutely NOTHING at home. Not to mention the Australian summer this year is pretty sh*t.
A big 'Thank you' to Nick & Mel for treating us to some of Sydney's finest restaurants.
